First Time Using the Shakeology Beverage
Right now is the first period I began using Shakeology. Last week I attached the P90x workout plan cluster and so they gave out some totally free samples of Shakeology. And So I ultimately made a decision to jump on it since I am away from my Mass Gainer and Healthy proteins drinks. Why don’t you, right?
Shakeology is the drink out of BeachBody. It is said that drink offers all of the nutritional value that is needed for yourself and is effective with the BeachBody workout Digital Video Disc. And So I am always skeptical upon these items because its almost all a feature actually. I’m talking about whenever I buy a new tub of weight gainer or proteins drink the people at GNC always sell me something more expensive.
I think it has all precisely the same except for the amount vitamins are now being put in and which usually nutrients work better with others. It is all about the mix and how they work with your body. So anyways, the sample I receive is for an 8oz mixture of water, but I like mixing my powder’d drinks with Soy or Almond milk.
The little shake I receive is pretty cool because it has like a netting enclosure at the top which breaks up the mix, making sure it doesn’t clump. So I mixed it and now time to taste. It tastes pretty damn good actually. It almost taste like NesQuick <- remember that when you were a kid?
Anyways it tasted pretty good and it didn’t have that grainy feel when your drinking it either. Now what will be the results? Depends, because this drink is not meant for gaining weight. Shakeology is suppose to help you with your energy, weight control, and I believe digestion. It states to have 70 healthy ingredients to help boost your energy.
So just why am I using Shakeology? Simple, I need my day-to-day dosage of nutrition. I take numerous vitamins each morning however this can be going to be a protein shake replacement for me and that I will see how it really pans out. Plus I am out of my gainers and protein drinks anyways.
So far so good, I mean it tastes good. How do you like the Shakeology drink?
