I wanted to talk to you about the proper diet skills for female bodybuilders. Being able to properly plan and follow your diet is a very important skill to have. The magic of bodybuilding doesn’t happen in the gym, it happens in the kitchen. The food you eat is what will inevitably determine your results, so this means it is the most important aspect of your training you should focus on. It’s a tough sport and you’re going to have to struggle to be successful, but that is what makes it interesting. Things will be much easier for you if you get your diet in order. I’m going to share with you the proper diet skills for female bodybuilders.
The first thing that I think is extremely important for keep you accountable is a food journal. All you have to do is record what you eat and when you eat it. This seems like a pretty trivial thing that will sort of waste your time, but it has a powerful psychological effect and that is accountability. Since you’re just writing it down it’s almost as if you’re telling someone else. Once it is on paper, it is an objective third party almost and you won’t want to disappoint them by cheating or doing something wrong.
Another one of the proper diet skills for female bodybuilders is planning out in advance. This is another way to keep you accountable to what you eat. If you think about all those weak moments when you cheated, what was required of you at the time to avoid cheating? Thinking. Most of us get home from a stressed day at work and we have to figure out how to make a healthy effective meal, but we just don’t feel like it. When you have something on paper in advance, all you have to do is go and make it with absolutely no thinking required.
