Do Bodybuilders Workouts Waste Your Time?

Here’s a news flash for you-most bodybuilders workouts that you see in magazines, even those promoted by IFBB pros, are a total waste of time. While these guys boast of the most massive and ripped bodies, they do not offer the best bodybuilders workouts; in fact, they don’t always offer the best advice.

The world of professional bodybuilding is pretty shady and corrupt, and you should avoid getting into it if you can. Most of these people have the sort of genes that ensure that their bodies respond to even the most minimal training. They intensify the results from their bodybuilders workouts through the injudicious use of hormones and steroids.

Steroid use is, of course, a personal choice, but these guys are positively swimming in anabolic steroids and growth hormones that build their muscle. Such an approach is not necessarily the safest.

In addition, while working out, they stress their body way beyond their natural limits, and this is not the best approach in a daily bodybuilding nutrition program that involves weight training.

While these unconventional bodybuilders workouts will work on the genetic freaks that comprise 1% of the total population, they are completely wasted on the other 99% of the population.

The sad part is that the majority of the content in these magazines is made up of advertisements for supplements and products that promise to bulk you up overnight when you use them. The sad truth is that more than half the content of these magazines is made up of ads for devices and supplements that claim to help you bulk up quickly.

Keep an eye out for such schemes that are disguised as bodybuilders workouts. The fact is that the pages of these magazines are mostly filled with the “latest breakthrough” that will help you bulk up in a jiffy. These magazines are basically giant advertisements that attempt to brainwash you into buying their products and supplements.

Now, when you talk about supplements, we know there is a place for the right kind of supplements. These include creatine and protein powder, both of which will assist you in reaching your goal, provided that you workout properly.

Don’t be fooled into following bodybuilders workouts that promote the use of myostatin, citrulline, and ecdysterone. Trust me, you’re better off without them because these are just marketing tactics designed to take your money without giving you anything in return. Over the years, it has been seen that bodybuilders workouts are usually just a scam job.

Magazines that tout bodybuilders workouts will say and do anything to get your money. If you want to see what the pros are doing, go ahead and read these magazines, but don’t take their advice too literally, because it won’t be of much use. In certain cases, this “advice” can even cause injury, and put a spanner in your bodybuilding progress.

So, it is advisable not to consider these bodybuilders workouts as the final word on bodybuilding. All you have to do is take care of your nutrition, consume the right supplements, and workout in a healthy manner.
