Healthy food for losing weight

Introduction
For every person, that is trying to lose weight, it is highly important to understand the role of food in our life.
The first golden rule of any person, who tries to lose weight is to count calories of everything he or she eats. When a person sees the numbers, it is much easier to understand and to live by this rule.

How much calories should I have daily?
Those numbers are highly dependant on the person. Somebody is smaller, somebody is bigger, maybe more muscular. In general, women should have about 1200 calories daily, while man should go for about 1800.

Eating habits.
There are two important ideas of eating habits.
First is – if you want to lose weight, eat less, than you’ve eaten before. It is that simple.
If you are eating 2000 calories, and will skip 200, your body does not have any choice, but to burn those additional 200 calories from its mass.

Other rule is to have smaller meals, more frequently per day.
There are several reasons for this fact, but mainly – this way your body understands, that there is no danger, and it has constant fuel supply. Because of this – it continues to burn fuel in a normal regime. If you only eat once or twice per day, body begins to preserve energy, slows metabolism, and is gathering fat (fat is just energy reserves).
Always have some food with to chew on – cheese,nuts, tuna or something else. I have a bodybuilder friend, who always has his small bag of treats with him, constantly eating something.

Breakfast.
Having breakfast is the most important rule of weight loss diet. Breakfast fits nicely in the “frequent meals” regime, and it has to include carbohydrates, proteins,fats and vitamins.
Breakfast is the beginning of day, and your body has to receive everything it needs after a night without food. Otherwise, it enters a “saving mode” , and again – begins to accumulate fat. More bodybuilding diet breakfast advice here.
Have some tuna and/or cottage cheese with dark bread, a salad and tea.
