Bodybuilding Cutting – Body Building

When you are trying to build those muscles, you know that the cutting phase is one of the most difficult stages of your program, because not only are you working out by lifting weights, you are also limiting your caloric intake to very specific content.

Bodybuilding cutting involves the mind and body, and pure grit will to be able to do it. If you want to succeed in overcoming the bodybuilding cutting phase, here are some very useful yet simple tips you can follow.

First, eliminate all fried foods in your diet. This may be a simple step in your bodybuilding cutting phase, until you realize how much oil and fat you are consuming in a day.

Second, and this might hurt a little, you should do away with all the beef and pork in your menu. Stick to meats like chicken, turkey, and fish, and none of them shall be fried. There are ways to make your bodybuilding cutting phase interesting by making great recipes out of the chicken-turkey-fish meat diet you have.

As you already know, protein is a very important part of your bodybuilding cutting phase, which is why you are sticking to the healthier kinds of protein like chicken and fish.

Third, you must avoid all processed sugar in your bodybuilding cutting phase. The reason why you need to eliminate all processed sugar from your diet is that when you ingest sugar, this goes directly into your bloodstream as glucose. Your sugar levels will be very high that it forces your body to convert these into fat.

Unprocessed sugar, on the other hand, takes a lot longer before the body is able to convert them into fat, and there is a higher chance that your body will just pass them out because they do not get absorbed directly into your bloodstream.

So what are your alternative courses? Fruits are good, as they are sweet and fibrous and will help in digestion. They also contain plenty of antioxidants that help get rid of toxins and free radicals from your body.

Eating plenty of green leafy vegetables salads for you are also a healthy alternative because these greens will keep you full for a longer time. Just like fruits, they are high in fiber and are loaded with antioxidants.

Now that you know what food should make up your diet in the bodybuilding cutting phase, the next thing you should know is how to eat them. It is very important to keep your stomach digesting something; eat six times a day in small portions.

In the morning, you can have bananas and oats, salads for lunch, and a serving of tuna or salmon with rice or fruit. In between meals, have a snack consisting of crackers, dried berries, or nuts. Remember to avoid anything oily or fatty when eating.

Bodybuilding cutting phase is a difficult stage in making a real fit body, but there are ways in which you can make it more interesting by eating foods and salads using experiments, as long as you stick to the rules: no fried foods, no beef and pork, and no processed sugar. Anything else you are pretty much free to eat at your own leisure.
